You were provided a copy of the Five Dysfunctions prior to the training on the 24th of September. This blog has been set up to document discoveries that you have made in reading Lencioni's Dysfunctions and what implications you see it having on your ability to build your own leadership capacity and team effectiveness.

1. In viewing the Model of Dysfunctions, where would you place your team (PLC, Core Department, WASC Team) amongst the five tenets?
2. What prices are you and your team facing as a result?
3. What are some immediate actions steps you can take to start building a more effective team?
4. What major discovery(s) did you make about the role of conflict in building more effective team meetings/outcomes?
